Punctuality
We cover a lot of material during a short period of time. It is crucial for students to be on time, being our classes result in your national certification. No student attending a certification or renewal/recertification class will be admitted 15 minutes after the class has begun. If you are later than 15 minutes your options are to reschedule your class for a $15 reschedule fee or forfeit the tuition paid.
Refunds
Full refunds will gladly be given if student cancels via email at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations recieved after 48 hrs and up untill 1 hour before class begins will be refunded at 50% or may be rescheduled for an additional $15 fee.
No refunds will be given once class has begun.
